Be sure to register your vehicle information to prevent your car from being considered that of a visitor which might otherwise result in towing for excessive parking violations.

Sign up for automatic, electronic, monthly ACH withdrawals from your checking account for dues payments.  This is convenient and helps reduce accounting costs to the Association. There are no fees associated with this service.  Home owners are encouraged to apply.

 

 

All Satellite installations must be approved by the Board.  It is your right to install a Satellite dish as set forth in the Satellite Consumer Bill of Rights issued by the FCC within the Telecommunications Act of 1996.  Board authorization is required to establish the terms of the installation, to prevent damage to association property, and to maintain the aesthetics of the community.

 

NOTICE: As of 3/17/2009 the Board no longer allows Satellite installations which pierce the walls of the buildings as outlined as an option in the above forms.  The Board will consider requests which use ribbon cables which pass through windows or sliding doors.

 

This restriction was put in place to prevent potential water intrusion damage.  Completion and submission of the Satellite authorization form is still required prior to the installation or Satellite dishes or other Over the Air Reception Devices (OTARDS).
